pre-configured demo tenants
We have multiple live, pre-configured demo environments that are ready for you to log in and play around with. These are meant to be examples of the kinds of tenants that we can set up on your behalf in your own private tenancy. They are completely free to use for testing, evaluation and for customizing your agent, but please note - they are not meant for real use with your business. If you want to go live with your own customers, you will want to have a private database and private tenant configured for you.

If you plan on trying to build your own custom agent with unique behaviors, then you are welcome to start building and testing your agent using the Custom Agent

We will manually set the configuration on your system within our private tenant configuration panel, and work with you to do any manual work required for your specific tenant, and connect it up to a domain name of your choosing.

Whereas the receptionist instead has a “Scheduling” module, reflecting the differing needs of the two types of agents.

Each user who logs into that environment is able to configure their own Agent for use at their business. Data from different users never touch each other.

Which choice of configuration will depend on whether you are intending to launch the agent as a product where people log in and maintain their own private accounts, or just want to use a single agent internally.
Default Agent Smart Chain
Another key aspect of your tenant configuration is the default behaviour of the agent. This is defined in terms of the ‘default smart chain' within our back-panel. This becomes the default for all users within that tenant, and is part of how you customize your agent to suit the unique needs of your customers.
