Thank you for your interest in the Prospera Labs Platform! In this guide, we will outline the steps required to get your own Prospera Labs AI Agent system.

Setting up your Tenant

The very first step in configuring your Prospera Labs Agent is to get your own tenant. This is currently a manual process and will involve talking to the Prospera Labs sales team, although we hope to automate it soon enough. We will manually set the configuration on your system within our private tenant configuration panel, and work with you to do any manual work required for your specific tenant, and connect it up to a domain name of your choosing.

Depending on your needs, we can enable / disable different modules for your use-case.

The net result is that you will have your own private, white-label product that users can access via that URL. Depending on what modules have been enabled/disabled, you will see different options available in the side bar.

For example, observe that the Knowledge Bot has a “Knowledge Base” menu entry on the left.

Whereas the receptionist instead has a “Scheduling” module, reflecting the differing needs of the two types of agents.

Single User Tenants

Tenants can be put into one of two configurations. The standard configuration is designed for white-label resellers who are launching their own Agent products into the market place. Each user who logs into that environment is able to configure their own Agent for use at their business. Data from different users never touch each other.

The other configuration tenants can be put in is called a “single user” tenant. These tenants are primarily designed for companies who are using an agent for their internal use. When multiple users log into these tenants, they all have a single shared view, and are configuring the same shared agent.

Which choice of configuration will depend on whether you are intending to launch the agent as a product where people log in and maintain their own private accounts, or just want to use a single agent internally.
