Thank you for your interest in the Prospera Labs Platform! In this guide, we will outline the steps required to get your own Prospera Labs AI Agent system.

Table of Contents

Ways to use Prospera

There are two ways you can access the Prospera Platform.

  1. Access one of our preconfigured demo environments, such our Receptionist, Salesbot, Knowledge Bot, Intake Bot or the Custom Agent environment. You can do this anytime for free.

  2. Set up your own tenancy with a private database, private domain name and your own logo (as desired). For now, you will need to contact our team to do this, but the process can usually be done in under a couple of hours once we connect over a video call

Accessing the pre-configured demo tenants

We have multiple live, pre-configured demo environments that are ready for you to log in and play around with. These are meant to be examples of the kinds of tenants that we can set up on your behalf in your own private tenancy. They are completely free to use for testing, evaluation and for customizing your agent, but please note - they are not meant for real use with your business. If you want to go live with your own customers, you will want to have a private database and private tenant configured for you.

Each of these environments have different default configurations targeted towards the needs of different use-cases. You can create an account for free by visiting the URL associated with each.

When you are in any of the demo tenants, you can quickly access the other demo tenants by clicking on the name in the main title bar.

If you plan on trying to build your own custom agent with unique behaviors, then you are welcome to start building and testing your agent using the Custom Agent demo environment, which has all modules enabled. When you have an agent that you are satisfied with, you can reach out to the Prospera Labs team to set yourself up with a private tenant.

Setting up your Private Tenant

The very first step in configuring your Prospera Labs Agent is to get your own tenant. This is currently a manual process and will involve getting on a Zoom call with the Prospera Labs team, although we hope to automate it soon enough. We will manually set the configuration on your system within our private tenant configuration panel, and work with you to do any manual work required for your specific tenant, and connect it up to a domain name of your choosing.

Depending on your needs, we can enable / disable different modules for your use-case.

The net result is that you will have your own private, white-label product that users can access via that URL. Depending on what modules have been enabled/disabled, you will see different options available in the side bar.

For example, observe that the Knowledge Bot has a “Knowledge Base” menu entry on the left.

Whereas the receptionist instead has a “Scheduling” module, reflecting the differing needs of the two types of agents.

Single User Tenants

Tenants can be put into one of two configurations. The standard configuration is designed for white-label resellers who are launching their own Agent products into the market place. Each user who logs into that environment is able to configure their own Agent for use at their business. Data from different users never touch each other.

The other configuration tenants can be put in is called a “single user” tenant. These tenants are primarily designed for companies who are using an agent for their internal use. When multiple users log into these tenants, they all have a single shared view, and are configuring the same shared agent.

Which choice of configuration will depend on whether you are intending to launch the agent as a product where people log in and maintain their own private accounts, or just want to use a single agent internally.

Default Agent Smart Chain

Another key aspect of your tenant configuration is the default behaviour of the agent. This is defined in terms of the ‘default smart chain' within our back-panel. This becomes the default for all users within that tenant, and is part of how you customize your agent to suit the unique needs of your customers.
