    You can assign a phone number to your account by going to the Voice Configuration page and selecting Purchase New Number

    Once you have purchased a phone number, you can set all of the options for your voice bot.

    Human Transfer

    If you want your bot to be able to hand off the conversation to a human, you must enter in a Human Transfer phone number.

    In order for your agent to work, you will need to select one of the available voices at the bottom of the page:

    Custom Voices

    If you want to have a custom voice, you will need to talk to the Prospera Labs team and connect to your own private Eleven Labs account. The process is completely manual at this point in time.
