The Prospera Labs scheduling system is a simple way to allow AI agents to book meetings for you and others.

    Connecting your Calendar

Setting up your scheduling starts with connecting to a calendar. You can connect your calendar by going to the Calendars menu.

When you add a new calendar, you will need to set the name of the person the calendar is for.

Note! When you set the name of the person, it is this name the system will try to match with when the bot chooses which calendar it needs to load. So make sure the form of the name is the same as what how your users would say it. E.g. if you want your users to reference your calendar by your first name, then you should set the calendar name to your first name.

Next you will be presented with this page.

By default, you can connect to Google and Microsoft calendars in order to check for scheduling conflicts. Press Connect to Google and go through the flow to connect to the calendars in your Google account.

If you do everything correctly, you should be returned to the calendars page, but your Google account calendars are visible.

At this point you just need to select which calendar you want to check for conflicts with and press save.

    Scheduling Rules

Next you need to set your scheduling rules, which can be done on this page:

Here you can set all the options on how the bot should schedule meetings on your behalf.

    Bookings

You can view all of the bookings the bot has made on your behalf through the web interface by going to the Bookings page.

You can also punch in a booking manually through this interface:

The bookings you create here will get automatically copied over to your Google Calendar.
