To configure third-party integrations, log in to the Prospera Labs platform using your account credentials. Then, navigate to:

Configuration → Integrations

The currently supported integrations include:

  • Confluence

  • Fireflies

  • Google Drive

  • Gmail

  • HubSpot

  • Jira

  • Salesforce

  • Shopify

  • Slack

Integration Setup Instructions

  1. Select the service you want to integrate from the list.

  2. A popup window will appear prompting you to authenticate with the selected third-party application.

  3. After successful authentication, the connection will be established.

  4. Once integrated, data from the third-party application becomes accessible within the Prospera platform for downstream use (e.g., in conversations or automation workflows).

Example – Salesforce Integration

When Salesforce is connected:

  • We can import objects such as contacts, leads, and account data.

  • This data can be accessed within AI flows to personalize conversations or trigger logic based on Salesforce values.
